  • "Services" refers to our AI SEO, AEO, GEO, LLMO, content writing, and related digital marketing services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

4. Service Engagements & Client Agreements

When you engage AI Discovery to provide Services, the specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be described in a separate written proposal, statement of work (SOW), or agreement (each, a "Service Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will govern with respect to the Services it covers.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees for Services will be set out in the applicable Service Agreement.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice or Service Agreement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for overdue payments.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or withholdings associated with your payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software — is the property of AI Discovery or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website, except as expressly permitted under these Terms or with our prior written consent.

Client Deliverables

Unless otherwise stated in a Service Agreement, all final deliverables produced under a client engagement (e.g., content, reports, strategy documents) become the property of the client upon full payment. AI Discovery retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials, unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with a Service engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of performing under the applicable agreement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and effective strategies, AI Discovery does not warrant or guarantee:

  • Specific search rankings, AI citations, or traffic results.
  • That AI platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) will reference or recommend your brand.
  • That our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any particular business outcome, revenue, or conversion improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Discovery, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
  • Any content obtained from the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AI Discovery in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Discovery and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate a paid engagement, notice must be provided in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AI Discovery. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that AI Discovery shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
